

Todoist, a document management tool, allows employees uploading and sharing documents through Google Documents and Dropbox.

Employees can now participate, divide their project statuses among their employees and encourage other employees to attract to their project. The Todoist tool features an employee’s task managing tool that allows employees to develop their tasks, and these tasks are assigned to their employees. Todoist tool is deployed in both cloud and on-premise server and can be downloaded on both tabs and mobile devices via a smartphone app.

The dashboard also allows employees to see a high-level part of the status of their work. Employees get notifications on any change in their assigned tasks’ status, and the coming up deadline time has been sent to the employee’s mailbox. It also helps to coordinate teams more efficiently among the teams, either large or small. Using Asana, employees can also add the assigned tasks, set tasks to other team members, assign due dates for completing the assigned task, comment, or share any related documents with the team members.
